Visual minimalism with maximum efficiency. Over more than 300 years, Gaggenau has learned that there are 3 constants in exceptional quality production: the designer’s vision, the quality of the materials and the expertise of the specialists. Marked by rigor and precision, the appliances are created to achieve exceptional performance, bringing professional performance to domestic kitchens.
Whether it is thee combined-steam oven or the Gaggenau combined- microwave oven is an aspiration for many, a promise for the guests, a vocation for the Chef and a statement for the designer. Inspired by the professional kitchen, it offers a considerable number of advantages, such as the fact that it is handcrafted from the best materials, offers a capacity of 300 °C and a probe thermostat that does not exceed one degree in precision. Our ovens impress both visually and in use.
Inspired by the professional kitchen, each Gaggenau oven is designed for the private home. A heated catalyst filters grease and odours from the air, four layers of glass keep the door cool even during the 485°C pyrolytic cleaning program and are specially treated to ensure colours are not distorted. The rotisserie skewer can be used in most of the 17 heating methods at your disposal and the unique enamel offers excellent heat reflection, longevity and ease of cleaning.
A smooth aesthetic defines the 200 Series, close to the surface, its handles match those of your 200 Series refrigeration appliances. It promises all the culinary feats the ambitious private chef could hope for.
The EB 333 is the ultimate aspiration of a professional chef and has been a kitchen icon for over 30 years. The door occupies the entire front surface of 90 cm. Thanks to the five layers of glass, the oven keeps the outside cool, while the inside can reach up to 300°C. Handcrafted from a single sheet of 3mm thick stainless steel, the door is specially designed to close gently and open easily. The glass has been carefully formulated to isolate without distorting the colours, so you can see the evolution of the three chickens in the rotisserie function.
